The “Manifest Mira” Charitable Foundation was founded in 2014 after Russian occupiers entered the sovereign territory of Ukraine in the Luhansk and Donetsk regions and annexed Crimea.

The “Manifest Mira” Charitable Foundation specializes in humanitarian aid, specifically: conducting research on the needs of the population in the villages in Southern Ukraine, distributing and delivering humanitarian assistance (food, hygiene and children's kits, medicine, and building materials).

Peacefully Responding to Russian Aggression Since 2014

There is no soft way to say it. War is our reason for existence.

Manifest Mira Charitable Foundation would not exist had it not been for the Russian state's lust for control, violence and the extermination of Ukraine. Our mission is to work towards minimizing the suffering inflicted on Ukrainians by Russia. Particularly those in the Odesa region in Southern Ukraine.

We were founded in 2014. Beginning with Russia's annexation of Crimea and incursion onto Ukraine's sovereign territory in the regions of Luhansk and Donetsk.

We desire for lasting peace and prosperity of an independent Ukraine. Until then will assist Ukraine overcome another colossal tragedy inflicted by Russia. We remember our grandparents, uncles and cousins who had their land stolen, were jailed, deported, executed or starved. By the millions.

This wound is fresh in our collective minds. The ache in our bellies from the 90s still felt. The losses have been so great. We will not allow a repeat of the past. Ukraine will be free.

What is different in 2022 is YOU!

Ukraine has grown larger than a language. Larger than a single geographic location. in 2022 we are not alone. We are blessed to have the support of millions of people like you standing behind us.

With the help of our peers, international charitable partners and individuals like you, we will prevail.

Manifest Mira assists with humanitarian aid by:

• Finding shelter for children. Particularly children who have medical conditions, or have been separated from their parents.
• Feeding thousands of Ukrainians
• Providing medications to Ukrainians that lost their jobs and cannot afford basic medical care.

Manifest Mira cooperates with the Children's Affairs Service of Odesa Regional Administration and advocates for deinstitutionalization reform.

How has our response changed since February 2022?

With Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine in Feb 2022, we have greatly modified our operation. Between March and June 2022 we operated a logistics hub in Constanta, Romania.

We received humanitarian shipments from all over the world. Then delivered to Odesa, Ukraine.

Then in June 2022 we shifted our focus back locally to Odesa. Ramping up deliveries of urgent food, hygiene and medical supplies in the Odesa region. While continuing to relocate children and families to safer regions.
